More than a
referral group

The Westside Referral Organization (WRO) is a group of local business professionals, including owners, sales representatives and employees, who help each other grow. Most of our members are based on Cincinnati’s Westside, and they serve the entire Greater Cincinnati area.

Referrals are at the heart of what we do, but they’re only part of it. Members make strategic introductions, brainstorm challenges together and share what they’re seeing in their own industries. Around our table, you’ll find a room full of people who want your business to succeed.

Each member holds the only seat for their type of business, so every referral and introduction goes to someone the group knows and trusts. And it’s a great feeling: when your friends, family or colleagues need something, you know exactly who to send them to.

One seat per business

Between meetings, members get together for coffee or lunch to learn about each other's businesses. That's how good referrals happen.

Members keep their seat by attending consistently and actively referring business to one another.

Members who show up

Coffee, Conversation, and Referrals

Each morning starts with coffee and open networking. Every member then gives a one minute snapshot of their business and the referral they are looking for. One member gives a short presentation and we finish by passing referrals and sharing testimonials.

When: Twice a month, the 2nd and 4th Thursday

Time: 8:30am-10:00 am

Guests are always welcome. You can visit up to two meetings before applying. After you apply, there is a 3 month (6 meetings) period to get to know the group followed by a member vote. The annual fee is $100.
