Personal Bio:

Ron and Anna were born and raised in the west side of Cincinnati. They have over 50 years of combined real estate experience. Our keen knowledge of the market has enabled us in all facets of the real estate industry, whether it be with sellers, buyers, builders and developers, investors, or providing assistance in the luxury market. We use our experience, connections, and foresight to address details before they become a problem. We work together with our team to provide communication throughout the transaction.

Our success has proven that we are one of the top real estate leaders in Cincinnati. We have consistently been awarded recognition by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and within the Coldwell Banker brand.

After spending the last several years at our vacation property in Sarasota, Florida, we are now officially licensed in Florida, specializing in the Sarasota, Siesta Key, and South West areas.

Additionally, Ron recently obtained his Kentucky real estate license in order to serve our clients in the Tri-state area.

We are both graduates of the University of Cincinnati and are passionate about community involvement. Anna serves on the Board for Sophie’s Angel Run. We have three daughters, Ashley, Abby, and Carly, and we enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Craig James Personal Bio:

Craig is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati’s thriving West Side community and comes from a family with a long-standing and respected presence in the tri-state real estate market. Licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, he grew up surrounded by the industry and developed an early appreciation for property investment, land use, and the dynamics of the local housing market.

With strong roots in the community, Craig is passionate about helping preserve the character and growth of the area.. His knowledge of local neighborhoods, development patterns, and property values allows him to offer valuable insight into the Cincinnati.

In addition to his professional experience, Craig is actively involved in public service. He currently serves on the Hamilton County Rural Zoning Commission, where he helps review and guide zoning decisions that impact rural land use, property development, and community planning.

Craig is also deeply committed to philanthropy. He is passionate about supporting fundraising efforts for ALS research and awareness, dedicating time and energy to causes
